Booking data: name, phone, date, time, number of guests, notes and table/zone assignment if applicable.

Inquiries: name, contact details and message.

Technical data: IP address, browser info and security logs where required for operation and security.

Manage bookings, changes and cancellations; respond to inquiries; operate and secure the website; comply with legal obligations; prevent fraud.

Legal basis

Contract or pre-contractual steps (for bookings), legitimate interest (operation and security), consent (where required, e.g. for non-essential cookies) and legal obligation (e.g. accounting).

Retention

Personal data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above and for the periods required by law (e.g. accounting) or to handle disputes.

Processors and services

We use Supabase (database, authentication, functions) and Cloudflare (hosting, security, CDN) as data processors. We do not share data with third parties for marketing.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and to withdraw consent. Requests can be sent to us using the contact details above.

Complaint to the supervisory authority
